Ie standing in frame, looking at phone, has a job match gives us a smile, then do some other variations as per script. Looking at phone has a job match, does a little celebratory fist bump, clearly excited and then maybe realising he’s standing shoulder to shoulder with other people.
Script: Living Room
1) Mum- Please keep to script actions:
Part 1-
We open on the face of a 30-something woman her hair’s frizzy as if she’s just
woken up, and she’s sporting at least 2 extra chins as she looks down at her phone.
In slow-motion, she takes an inglorious bite from a piece of buttered toast as an alternate version of Beethoven’s 5th plays, which is punctuated with Karaoke lyrics at the bottom of the screen.
We cut to an extreme close-up of her eyes which are gently illuminated by the blue glow of a phone. They suddenly start to widen...
We cut to the phone in her hand. On the screen we see the CareerOne app displaying “Job match”.
We cut out a bit wider to see her on by the kitchen bench. Maybe on the edge of frame one of her young kids is climbing over the back of the couch in the foreground... In slow-motion, she lets out a little “oooowwww” to herself, with a mouthful of half-eaten toast in her mouth still.
We cut back to the woman as she looks across to her husband, raising her eyebrows with a grin.
2) KIDS alone or with REAL DAD. (if doing the audition together please all do the chat together as well not separately).

Action- kids is climbing over the back of the couch in the foreground. Just being normal kids in their living room, acting up, teasing eachother having some fun. Make sure we can see this in the shot and everyone is in frame. If the real dad is in this scene please have dad sitting on the couch. He glances up to his wife with a quizzical look.
4) DAD (by himself with no real kids)
Action- husband sitting on the couch. He glances up to his wife with a quizzical look.
5) Toddler- have the toddler sitting on the floor and playing with some toys. While you are filming your child please let your child do their thing without asking them to look at the camera. Talk about your child a little, tell us what they like to do, what times they nap, etc. Just keep it to about 40 seconds only.
