Troy Nankervis is a dynamic Sydney-based actor with a growing portfolio across stage and screen. He recently starred as Adam in the supernatural thriller The Other Car (dir. Alex Moore), Sam in Never Been Loved (dir. Grace Clinton), James in Ride (dir. Niall Donegan), and Charlie in Breaking Up Is Hard to Do (dir. Cameron King). His screen presence also extends to commercial work, featuring in campaigns for Heineken and Staple Drinks. Beyond acting, Troy has an extensive media background, regularly presenting on News.com.au’s social channels, making TV appearances on Studio 10 (Paramount), and delivering weather reports for Fox FM and Triple M (Southern Cross Austereo). With over a decade of experience as a producer in commercial television and radio, his credits include The Sunday Project, The Morning Show, Studio 10, and Good Morning Britain (ITV) in London. Troy’s training spans both Australia and the UK, refining his craft under leading industry professionals. In Australia, he studied screen acting at the Australian College of Dramatic Arts and honed his skills in voice, screen technique, and Meisner at Sydney Acting Studio, training with esteemed tutors such as Luke Ford, Aaron Glenane, and Grace Naoum. In the UK, he studied drama at the University of Exeter and trained at the London Actors Workshop, studying under Daniel Dresner and Jon Sidgwick, with a focus on Shakespeare, screen acting, script analysis, and audition technique.
