Scarlet (she/they) is a queer, plus sized, neurodiverse, disabled artist and advocate.
An inaugural graduate of the Bachelor of Music Theatre at the Elder Conservatorium Of Music (University of Adelaide), Scarlet made their professional debut in Priscilla Queen of the Desert (Matt Ward Entertainment).
Scarlet was part of the development of Vic Zerbst’s new Australian musical Converted! before joining its premiere season with ATYP and Sydney Festival as Swing/Dance Captain. They went on to perform in Guys & Dolls on Sydney Harbour (Opera Australia) as Ensemble/MC and General Matilda B Cartwright Cover. Most recently, Scarlet made their Hayes Theatre debut as Jolene in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (Redfern Lane)
As well as performing in musical theatre productions, Scarlet is a versatile actor working across multiple screen projects including Miss Sultanah which premiere’s on SBS in 2026. They’re also skilled cabaret and burlesque performer known for their fabulous movement, comedic chops, and their bold, powerful voice.
