Rupert Bevan is an award-winning actor and theatre-maker. A graduate of the Victorian College of the Arts, Rupert wrote, produced and performed a critically acclaimed solo show DARLING BOY, directed by Lucy Rossen, that toured for two and half years to Melbourne, Sydney, Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Dublin International Gay Theatre Festival and London. Other theatre credits include "Never Closer", "The Inheritance" (Green Room Award nomination, fortyfivedownstairs), "A Midsummer Night’s Dream" (Sport for Jove), "Away", "Spark" (Theatre Works), "Ramona Glasgow" (Gasworks), "A Czar is Born" (Eternity Playhouse), "À La Carte" (NIDA). On screen, Rupert has collaborated with early-career filmmakers and recently appeared in The Narrow Road to the Deep North for Amazon/BBC, directed by Justin Kurzel.
