Lin Yin is an Australian-born actress who’s work in film and TV and theatre spans across Australia, Asia, and the US. Lin made her feature film debut on THE WHISTLEBLOWER, the biggest Chinese-Australian co-production ever shot in Australia. Soon after Lin was cast as a series regular in her first Australian TV & web series FLUNK (now streaming in Europe and the US) and as a recurring character in the award winning Singaporean TV show SHERO. After touring Australia in the principal cast of WHITE PEARL with Sydney Theatre Company, Lin was cast alongside Sam Neill, Christoph Waltz and Miranda Otto in fantasy feature THE PORTABLE DOOR, released by MGM+ in 2024. Lin joined the season five cast of Australian comedy favorite UTOPIA which won three of its four nominations at the 2024 Logies. Lin just wrapped her first US feature TALKING TO STRANGERS starring opposite RJ Mitte from Breaking Bad. Lin speaks fluent Mandarin and is currently based in LA.
