Leisl Lucerne-Knight (they/them) is a queer disabled multidisciplinary award-winning actor/performer known for their immense heart and knack for the absurd. Leisl’s background in theatre and live performance has seen them wear many hats; as a set, costume and puppet designer, puppeteer, devisor, director, and clown. They received their Bachelor of Performing Arts (Performance Making) at the West Australian Academy of Performing Arts where they completed their training on exchange at the Intercultural Theatre Institute in Singapore studying intercultural performance. Leisl is most passionate about telling stories that are queer, intersectional, and delightfully bizarre.
