Most recently, Lauren was a Top 5 Finalist for the 2024 AACTA-Sony Pitch: Focus competition for her short film 'Empty Chairs'. Lauren is lead actress and coproducer of this short.
Lauren works prolifically as an actor, theatre-maker, and producer of short films and theatre. She is a founding member of Rotpunkt, an Adelaide theatre collective creating exciting, boundary-breaking theatre for the young and young-at-heart. She was lead producer for their one-night production Club Rotpunkt 1 in Feb 2025, and for their premiere, fully-staged dark comedy 'H' in September 2024. Her film producing credits include 'Goodbye, Hercules', 'Best Friends Forever...', and 'Mission Operation Protocol: Lovers' Quarrel II' (dir. Kristoffer Lucia). Lauren has also been Intimacy Coordinator for 'Best Friends Forever...' and 'Chokeberries' (dir. Kristoffer Lucia).
She also dabbles in directing and teaching with Actually Acting, directing DNA by Dennis Kelly for the Adelaide Fringe 2025, and being assistant/codirector for multiple other productions.
