Beginning her life on the stage as a dancer and musician, Jordana found a love for performing and strives to continue fueling that passion for the rest of her career. With extensive experience in ballet, jazz, heels and cabaret and having been trained in singing since the age of seven, the musical theatre scene excites her, along with plays and film/television. After discovering her love for acting, Jordana was inspired to pursue her studies at a higher level. During her time at the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University, studying under prior ‘Globe’ Director, Jacqui Somerville, she has brought a range of characters to life: Hyoroku (‘In A Grove’, 2023), Polya (‘Philistines’, 2023), Antonia/Verges (‘Much Ado About Nothing’, 2024), Chorizo (‘Butter’, 2024) and Tess Moffat (‘Blue Stockings’, 2025). Prior to being accepted in the Bachelor of Acting course, Jordana had the opportunity to portray Amy March (‘Little Women - Musical’, 2021), Hadley (‘Spontaneous Human Combustion’, 2021) and Wilbur (‘Charlotte’s Web’, 2022) at Redeemer Lutheran College. Beyond the theatre, Jordana has experience in screen acting and motion capture through collaboration with the Griffith Film School. Notable projects include playing the role of Clara in ‘What’s Up, Wasteland!’, and capturing the essence of an animated zombie through her motion capture work. Jordana wishes to put her screen and stage abilities into practice through being a part of other and/or making her own work as she has a secondary interest in script writing. She had the opportunity to develop the script of ‘Butter’ and had her scenes be performed for audiences at the ‘Kingston Butter Factory’. In any workspace, Jordana believes upholding a strong work ethic and nurturing empathy aids in the development of her characters and a supportive working environment.
