Hello! My name is Heidi Milne and I am 17 years old. My passion is performing, acting, singing, dancing or practically anything to do with the performing arts. I find all aspects of art intriguing and wish to create many experiences in this field as possible. As well as experience, I am up for a challenge, wishing to improve as much as I can no matter what. The passion and drive I have reassures me that this career path is definitely for me, and after many years of training in specifically Musical Theatre and Acting, I hope to also possess the required talent. I recently started training at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School where I am mentored by Goran Banyai and Christopher Button in subjects such as Theatre Studies, Acting, Drama, Theatre Perspectives and more. Ross Hanniford and Nicholas Hedger teach Musical Theatre which began this year. Learning acting from these mentors has allowed me to gain self confidence and so much more knowledge than I could have imagined, and I am extremely grateful to have been given the opportunity of studying there. I have been singing since I was 9 years old in contrasting styles like Musical Theatre, Pop, Gospel, Classical, and more. In 2016 and 2017 I was given the opportunity to perform at the Arts Centre, Melbourne, in three professional Operas. Having these experiences at a young age has made me even more passionate to pursue it further for the rest of my career. Thankyou!
