Gelina is a proud Filipina-Australian who is passionate about diversity and representation in the arts. She made her professional theatre debut as Swing and Assistant Choreographer in The Deb (ATYP), then joined Dubbo Champion Wrestling (Hayes Theatre Company) as Assistant Choreographer, both new Australian musicals. Prior to this, she had worked as both cast and creative in a sold-out season of Heathers: The Musical (The Mitchell Old Company). Gelina has also performed in Packemin Productions’ Jesus Christ Superstar, Mamma Mia!, and We Will Rock You, and also worked as Choreographer for their production of Les Misérables. A rising star in the industry, Gelina imost recently toured Australian and Asia in Miss Saigon (Opera Australia/GWB).
