Since her first community drama class at age 6, Ella has always found joy and freedom in acting, which has fostered a deep connection to storytelling.
Her most recent acting work includes playing Sascha, in the feature film “The Edge”, currently streaming on Netflix; and Daniela, one of the leading roles in Disney Channel Feature Film “The Curious Case of Dolphin Bay”, streaming on Disney+ and Amazon Prime.
Training with Queensland Theatre and completing a full-time diploma at NIDA has allowed Ella to expand her toolkit to continue working for both the screen and stage industries.
Ella values other mediums of storytelling to support her love of acting. Having graduated as Valedictorian of the School of Communication and Arts at the University of Queensland, Ella has worked as a journalist for the ABC and writes for the stage and screen.
Ella has completed dramatic writing short course at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) in London and continues to write under the mentorship of award-winning playwright, Paul Sirett.
Growing up in competitive gymnastics, movement has also played an important role in Ella’s life, where she now competes in team triathlons and ocean swimming.
