Well before she landed her most iconic role in the global hit Wolf Creek, Cassandra Magrath was growing up on Aussie screens playing lead characters on classic TV shows such as Ocean Girl, The Wayne Manifesto, The Crash Zone and SeaChange. Cassandra has performed in over a dozen feature films and over nearly three decades of television production including stints on Neighbours, Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries, Utopia, Wentworth, Jack Irish, Winners and Losers and House Husbands. An acting and voice over veteran, now expanding her industry grasp into production, Cassandra has directed two plays for the comedy festival, produced an award winning short film Liz Drives and the feature film 36 Questions, produced and directed 2 video clips and recently graduated from the prestigious Victorian College of the Arts with a Masters in Screenwriting. Cassandra’s best life is when she is collaborating with great people, within the industry that is her passion.
