Vanesa Everett is an Australian/Latina actress based in Queensland with experience in film, television, and commercial work. Her most recent film credits include Balls Up! (2024), Mortal Kombat 2 (2023) and Elvis (2022). She has also worked on numerous television projects such as Apple TV’s Monarch: Legacy of Monsters (2024), Nickelodeon’s Rock Island Mysteries (2023) and NBC’s Young Rock (2021). Her TVC’s include TMR Regional Speeding (2024), Movieworld’s Fright Nights (2023) and Mater Hospital’s Mothers Day Campaign (2020). Besides her on screen credits, Vanesa additionally has experience working on Rock Island Mysteries (2023) as a Body Double and NBC’s La Brea (2023) as a Stand In. Vanesa began studying acting at 12 years old, and after completing a number of screen acting courses with NIDA then went on to sign with her first agent at 15 years old. After finishing high school with an Honours in Drama, she then graduated from QUT with a Bachelor of Creative Industries where she majored in Drama. Throughout her studies she began to book work in feature films, television projects and commercials as well as multiple short films in a leading role. She currently studies screen acting at an advanced level at The Warehouse Workshop Acting Studio under both casting director Tom McSweeney and acting coach Philip Holder. She has also completed multiple courses of study including US accent work with dialect coach Peter Kent, TVC workshops with Miss Jane Casting and stage combat training with Australian Stunt Academy. Her extensive studies have lead her to become a youth acting tutor at the Warehouse Workshop Acting Studio, where she has also created a presenting course in conjunction with Gold Coast’s Home of the Arts to train the children starring in their Kids Take Over TV series to host the show and present to camera.
