Notes

Isabella Gilbert is a multidisciplinary performance artist who works across theatre, dance, film, sound and spoken word. She graduated from the Victorian College of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance) in 2020. Her solo works NEXUS (2018) and Elemental (2019) were presented at the West Projections Festival and she appears regularly as an actor with the Melbourne Writers’ Theatre. Performance credits include The Trauma Project at fortyfivedownstairs (2021), Daring Dog Monologues at Gasworks for Melbourne Fringe 2019, Melbourne Monologues (La Mama Courthouse) 2016, 2017, 2018 & 2019. Isabella has appeared in The Dr Blake Mysteries (ABC TV 2016), Miss Fisher’s Murder Mysteries (ABC TV 2013) and has worked with choreographers such as Anouk Van Dijk, Jo Lloyd, Antony Hamilton, Alice Lee Holland and Rebecca Jensen. Her film Too Much Too Quickly' will be screened at the Tokyo Documentary Film Festival later this year.
