Jack Ellis is a NIDA acting graduate from the class of 2014. He grew up in Mt Gambier, South Australia and moved to Adelaide to study Education when he was 18. Before his acceptance into NIDA in 2012, Jack was the Drama Coordinator at St Margaret Mary’s Catholic School in Adelaide. Since graduating, Jack has appeared in many short films, feature films, TV shows and Theatre productions, including Channel 7’s Home and Away as Oliver in 2014 and back again as David, in 2017. He also plays the regular guest role of Stan O’Rourke in Foxtel’s, A Place To Call Home. In 2016, Jack played the lead role in the Off Broadway world premiere production of Adam Rapp’s, Wolf In The River in New York City.
