Tia Plummer

Tia Plummer is a talented, creative, and enthusiastic young performer with a natural sense of humour and a genuine passion for the performing arts. She is currently completing her VCE in the Theatre Arts program at Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School (VCASS), where she continues to develop her skills as an actor and performer. Committed to ongoing training, Tia is also a triple threat at Stage School Australia, undertaking weekly tuition in acting, singing, and dance. While singing has always been at the heart of her performing journey, she has worked diligently to establish herself as a screen actor. In 2024, she was awarded an acting scholarship with DCO Studio, where she trains under Daniel Cosgrove, refining her technique, deepening her understanding of the acting process, and continuing to develop her passion for storytelling. Most recently, Tia portrayed Mathilde Schneider in Dear Life, a Stan Original series that premiered in 2026. Alongside her screen work, she has built a strong foundation in musical theatre, performing in Oliver Jr. and A Chorus Line Jr., before taking on the lead role of Sherrie Christian in Rock of Ages Jr. in 2024. Tia has been singing and performing with formal vocal training since the age of six. Her love of performing has continued to flourish throughout high school, where she has regularly performed in front of audiences of more than 1,000 students, both as a soloist and as part of ensemble productions. With professional screen experience, extensive performance training, and a strong work ethic, Tia continues to build a versatile career across film, television, and musical theatre.
