Imogen Brown recently completed her training as an actor for stage and screen at the Arts Academy at Federation University. Originating from Adelaide, Imogen began performing in 2012, and her passion for storytelling, music and the Australian performance community has kept growing since. She has performed in the Adelaide Fringe Festival and with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra. In 2022, Imogen was nominated for a Theatre Association of South Australia Award for Best Youth Performer in a show. Imogen has also performed original work in the 2022 Adelaide Cabaret Festival as part of Class of Cabaret. During her time at University, Imogen has performed as the Leading Player in Pippin–directed by Kirsten Von Bibra–, as Jo March in Little Women the Musical—Directed by Melanie Beddie — and as Herta Probst in The White Rose the Musical—Directed by Janice Muller. She has several TVC credits as the 100% talent in the Federation University Open Day Campaigns and Destination Ballarat Campaigns — both directed by Charlie Fofo, the We’re with you Campaign — directed by Greta Nash—and the Preference Campaign—directed by Luke Keys. She is also featured as Gym Girl in the AFL 9 Play TVC—Directed by Luke Keys — featured nationally across all social media platforms. Imogen has co-created, produced and performed in a new Australian musical titled Girlhood in the Bathroom, which premiered at the 2026 Adelaide Fringe Festival. It was rated 4.5 stars and had an extended season due to popular demand. It has since shown at the Ballarat Cabaret Festival in May. Imogen is making her international debut with Girlhood in the Bathroom at the 2026 Edinburgh Fringe Festival with Gilded Balloon.
