Lacinda began dancing at the age of 3 and trained under the guidance of Lisa Bowmer at Dance Kinetic School of Performing Arts. At 16 she started singing lessons with Craig Woodward at Menai Music and at 18 began performing regularly in local Musical Theatre productions. Roles included: DELTA NU in Legally Blonde the Musical, AMBER in Hairspray & SANDY in Grease. Her love for the arts only grew stronger - seeing her undertake an Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts in 2016-2017 at the prestigious - ED5 International. Upon graduating - Lacinda was offered a contract at Universal Studios Japan for 13 months and then moved on to work for Regent Seven Seas for 8 months where she was lucky enough to cruise the Mediterranean! Prior to COVID Lacinda was working as a SUPER SWING at a brand new theme park in Malaysia that was set to open in late 2020. Lacinda now resides back in the Sutherland Shire and is happy to be working at local dance studios alongside working in the Philanthropy Unit at Cancer Council NSW. Upon returning to Australia Lacinda commenced training vocally with Charmaine Gibbs-Sampson. She longed to continue performing therefore created her very own Cabaret Shows, Songs of Change and Audley Carols, which she performed to sold out audiences in late September and December 2020, and then again in May 2021. Her most recent Cabaret, Songs from a Sunburnt Country, was again performed to a sold out audience in April 2022 and at the Sydney Fringe Festival in September 2022. Throughout the end of 2022 and 2023, she was on contract with the Australian Cruising Group aboard the Sydney Show Boat as a SINGER / HOST. At the end of 2022, Lacinda launched her own Independent Theatre Company - Ikigai Entertainment. She took on the role of Creative Producer and Performed in the cast in their inaugural production of Xanadu the Musical which ran successfully over a 2 week season at the beginning of 2023.
