Born in Melbourne and of Hungarian and Swiss heritage, Nicholas Jaquinot began his acting career in 2014 after studying film at Swinburne University (2010-'12) and acting at the 16th Street Actors Studio (2013-'14). His breakout came in the award winning production of 'Yentl' at the Melbourne Art Centre in 2022, in which he played the role of Avigdor. He completed filming the lead role in the feature length psychological thriller 'Lenore' in July of 2023, which is set to be released in mid 2024. Nicholas completed the return season of 'Yentl' in March of 2024, reprising the role of Avigdor, at the Malthouse theatre to rave reviews. Nicholas is also an up and coming screenwriter with several scripts in development and completed a Masters in Screenwriting degree at the VCA in June of 2024.
