Michael Kramer is a New Zealand-based actor and multidisciplinary creative with a dynamic back-ground in the arts and sciences. His journey into screen acting began in 2021, joining BGT in Auckland and quickly gaining experience as a featured extra in international productions filmed across New Zealand. Michael is currently training under esteemed actor Joel Tobeck, expanding his skills in screen performance. He is also an active participant in Auckland Table Reads, honing his skills in voice acting and screenwriting. Prior to acting, Michael expressed his creativity through music, painting, sculpting with acrylic glass, photography, and writing for professional journals. As the founding member and guitarist of the German hardcore band MESSENGER, he performed and recorded original music during his youth. He later worked extensively in underwater and nature photography, with published work appearing in magazines and commercial materials for Butterfly Creek. Beyond the arts, Michael has contributed to publications in marine science. He is presently collaborating with a bestselling German author to translate and adapt a novel for the screen, aiming to produce the film himself. With a strong commitment to storytelling and personal growth, Michael brings rich life experience and artistic passion to every role he takes on.
