Accents: Australian, General American, Received Pronunciation, Russian REVIEWS: Australian Graffiti - Sydney Theatre Company 'Mason Phoumirath is impressive as Ben, passionate and convincing with what he presents as lead actor. His relation to place and people feels remarkably genuine, even though the circumstances are highly unusual. There is a psychological accuracy in his portrayal that gains our empathy, and the stories we hear become believable as a result.' - Suzy Wrong from Suzy Goes See 'Mason Phoumirath carries the play very effectively as Ben and is excellent when he takes his first steps towards rebelling against his mother.' - Ben Neutze from Daily Review ---------------------------------------------------------- The Human Voice 'No production on the topic of phone discussions would be complete without the 'call centre'. Treston does not disappoint this story; it has it all. The centre with all of its scripts and procedures (protocols) verses the free-wheeling recipient at the other end. The tension between the parties and the frustrations from both sides can only result in a battle royal All of this is played out superbly by Alex Hines and Mason Phoumirath' - George Dixon from Theatrepeople ----------------------------------------------------------
