Lizzie Moore is a singer, actor and cabaret performer who has appeared on stage in London, New York and throughout Australia.
In New York, Lizzie appeared Off-Broadway and Off-Off-Broadway in the musicals HOT AND SWEET (with Katie Finneran and Lea Michelle) and LA FEMME EST MORTE, in the play YOU PEOPLE', and presented her cabaret show CLOSER at The Duplex.
As a cabaret performer, Lizzie's headlining turn in COOL BRITANNIA was the fastest selling show at the 2015 Queensland Cabaret Festival, and her one-woman cabaret show ON A NIGHT LIKE THIS: THE ERIN MINOGUE EXPERIENCE played to sell-out houses at the Adelaide Festival Centre for the 2014 Adelaide Cabaret Festival, and the Brisbane Powerhouse as part of the Queensland Cabaret Festival, and in London at BL_NK.
Lizzie has headlined at venues like Sydney Town Hall for THE DRAGON BALL in LIVE! AT THE RIVIERA for Ten Days on the Island, and in GIN SWING and VOICES OF VICE for the Festival of Voices, and in the 2011 and 2012 Sydney Festival productions of the TROCADERO DANCE PALACE. Internationally, she has also been featured at The Duplex, New World Stages and the Julia Miles Theatre in New York City.
Lizzie’s musical theatre credits include ‘Heidi’ in the Broadway musical: [TITLE OF SHOW] (The Seymour Centre), as ‘Mary Magdalene’ in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR (Arts Centre Gold Coast), ‘Deb’ in ORDINARY DAYS (Tasmanian Theatre Company), ‘Sally Bowles’ in CABARET (Playhouse Theatre), ‘Miss Adelaide’ in GUYS AND DOLLS (Darwin Entertainment Centre), the original company of Anthony Crowley’s THE WILD BLUE, Velma Kelly in CHICAGO (GPAC), and TIN HOTEL (Darwin Festival). Mostly recently, Lizzie has joined country star, Amberjoy Poulton, for the tour of COAL MINER’S DAUGHTER playing country legend Patsy Cline.
Lizzie has also provided lead and backing vocals for numerous recordings and live acts, and regularly sings at corporate and private gigs around Australia.
Lizzie is a graduate of the Ballarat Academy of Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Arts (Music Theatre).
