Lisa originally trained at The Theatre Corporate Resource Centre, then did a PG Diploma and MA in Drama at Auckland University in NZ. She also trained at the 'Lecoq Theatre School' in Paris and with Giovanni Fusetti at 'Kiklos Drama School' and Antonio Fava at 'The School for the Comic Actor' in Italy. After living and working overseas for quite a few years (in France, Italy, London, LA etc), she came back to NZ and has been working here and in Australia in theatre and film ever since. Over the last few years, she has been touring a solo show, ‘Mockingbird’ nationally and internationally and has recently made a VR version with a 360 camera. She has recently written and acted in the film 'Visitors', which is a NZ-Australian Co-Production. She won the 'Peoples' Choice ' award for 'Uncomfortable Silences' at The Herald (Theatre/Comedy) and a 'Best Actress' award for The Last Frame (TVNZ)
