Bea graduated from The National Academy of Singing and Dramatic Art (NASDA) in 2001. For the last 25 years she has worked throughout Aotearoa as an actor, singer, writer, dancer, teacher and director. Bea taught Drama, Dance and Music at Wellington East Girls' College from 2005-2010. Since then she has taught these disciplines to all ages, from toddlers to pensioners, both in schools and privately. Bea worked at the Royal New Zealand Ballet as a Dance Educator from 2018-2020. She trained as a Pilates Instructor in 2015, and has taught the students at New Zealand School of Dance since 2018.
