Julz Cukrov is an Australian actor of both Croatian & New Zealand Descent. She currently lives in Australia & has been acting since age 10. Inspired to take up acting after seeing Sharon Stone in the 1995 film The Quick and the Dead. Stone played the role of Ellen in the film a female gunslinger and fighter who rides into a small, dingy, and depressing prairie town with a secret as to her reason for showing up. Julz says "I was completely enthralled and enamoured. This character Ellen embodied everything I wanted to be when I grew up. Strong, assertive, and empowered yet, deeply rich, compassionate and inherently vulnerable with and in her sexuality. After watching that film I decided I wanted to be an actor and set about learning how to be the best that I could be." Julz studied acting at ACTT and NIDA Open Program in Sydney, WAAPA in Perth, and the London Academy of Theatre, Film & TV in London. She also has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in English & History and a Double Master's in International Law & International Relations from the University of Western Australia (UWA).
