After graduating from drama school over 20 years ago, Nat Astwood took an extraordinary detour and became a high school drama teacher, won a world championship in Taekwondo and joined the Navy as an Officer. Now they have returned to the screen and stage with renewed focus and claim they were just doing character research. Currently completing an MFA at NIDA, Nat has been actively upskilling and re-immersing in the craft with mentors Iain Sinclair, Les Chantery, Julia Grace and Harry Haynes. They bring humour, intelligence, and lived experience to every role. A dynamic actor ready claim their big break.
