Dimitrius is quickly establishing himself as one of New Zealand's rising stars in the entertainment industry. Making his big screen debut in The Jonah Lomu Story while still at school, he soon discovered his passion for acting. Being half Samoan and half Tongan, Dimitrius connected deeply with the series' themes, bringing a commanding presence and authenticity to his performance. Panthers premiered at TIFF 2021,and Dimitrius was a TIFF rising Star, marking this the first New Zealand show to be selected for this prestigious festival. His career continued to soar with starring roles in Damon Fepulea’i's Dox (2024), as the Tall Guy in SPP TV Drama Far North (directed by David Whyte), and appearances in Australian television's Upright. He also traveled to the Philippines to feature in Brad Johnson's Act of God. In 2024, Dimitrius took on his most challenging Lead role yet as Dek in Dan Trachtenberg's Predator: Badlands. Beyond acting, Dimitrius is a talented athlete, excelling in rugby and basketball, and values his academic achievement— he graduated from St. Peter’s College and earned a Bachelor of Communications with a major in Advertising and a minor in Business Management from Auckland University.
