Jean-Pierre Yerma is a proud second-generation Australian actor, raised in Western Sydney by French parents with a Latin & Italian influence from Southern France. He studied Screen Acting at NIDA in 2015 & studying The Meisner Technique at the Actors Pulse since 2019. He's appeared on a range of projects from screen to stage. His career began when in 2006 he worked on the Feature Film, Happy Feet (Directed by George Miller) in his first-ever tiny role of a Russian Diplomat, a tiny role but from that point onwards he found balance and excitement performing on stage and on-screen. His love for the performing arts has led him to work across an extensive range of projects from Screen to Theatre. Most recently Jean-Pierre was one of the actor’s involved in Australia’s first Diversity Showcase sponsored by Screen Australia & the Equity Foundation, where the selected 10 actors came from all over Australia to perform live on stage in a one-night performance in front of 300 industry professionals.
