Stellar was drawn to music from an early age. She joined every choir and school band she could and her spare time was spent writing songs, as a self-confessed hack guitarist and pianist. The choir took her overseas to Japan, England, Germany and Austria. The bug had bitten, and she knew this was what she wanted to do. She left home at 17 and made music a full-time career. Singing in cover bands, corporate bands, original bands and top lining for some of the best producers in Australia and abroad. A big believer in conquering fears and being brave, this Tasmanian went for every opportunity. Star Struck, Australian Idol, X Factor and The Voice were all stepping stones, learning curves and the winding path that led to Musical Theatre….a stage that perfectly provides opportunities for Stellar to do what she does best, tell stories and connect to all kinds of humankind. 2022 saw her lead a cast of incredible talent in an original work by Laura Murphy, – ‘The Lovers’ with Bell Shakespeare which saw Stellar own the role of Oberon. She then morphed into Magenta in the 50th Anni,versary of The Rocky Horror Picture show, touring for 18 months, a true dream come true. 2025 is the year of further growth, taking the stage as soul singer and cover for Mary in Jesus Christ Superstar for Crossroads
