Mama Does Derby- Sydney Festival 2026
"Elvy-Lee Quici, as Billie, is surprisingly convincing in capturing the rhythms of adolescence, but it is the emotional authenticity she brings to moments of heightened feeling that proves most impressive.
"Quici is delightful in the role of Billie, dutifully exasperated with teenagerhood but still vibrant and passionate and earnest with emotion"- Arts Hub ★★★★⯪
Single Asian Female- State Theatre Company South Australia 2022
"Quici brings more than sufficient strength and truth to their characters, readily balancing Choi’s monster-mummy. This young actor is eminently watchable, hitting each story point with candour and no trace of caricature"- GLAM Adelaide ★★★★⯪
"Mei is played by Elvy-Lee Quici, in her first main-stage role, bringing out all of the required teenage angst, and considerable petulance. She neatly develops the growth in the maturity of her character as secrets are revealed and responsibility becomes unavoidable"- Broadwayworld
"Recent graduate from Flinders University, Elvy-Lee Quici was superbly accurate as the culturally confused teenager Mei. Her demeanour and posturing were on point and she brought a child-like attitude that portrayed Mei perfectly"- Lia Love ★★★★⯪
