Ned plays young Kieran in Tony Ayres' Netflix series THE SURVIVORS (based on the novel by Jane Harper). In 2022, Ned completed a 6 month Actors Conservatory training in L.A, where he wrote and starred in his own short film 'Rabbit Punch', with JESSICA ORCSIK's American Arts, Film & Television Academy, LLC and he has continued to train with her ever since, both as a student of AAFTA as well as being privately coached. He was nominated for BEST YOUNG ACTOR at ST KILDA FILM FESTIVAL in 2019 for his lead role in "Sleepwalking". The film also screened at FLICKERFEST and was short-listed by the VENICE FILM FESTIVAL. The film's director, Melissa Anastasi, described Ned as "an incredibly talented young actor" with an "amazing career ahead". Ned's Sleepwalking co-star, seasoned actor, Jeremy Lindsay Taylor, told Ned, "You have what it takes" and commented on his ability to really listen. Sleepwalking director of photography, Thom Neal said Ned had "a fantastic presence on screen" and that his eyes told the story perfectly. Ned wowed HOLLYWOOD DIRECTOR, Alethea Jones and creator/writer, Justin Shipley when he shot an episode for the 3rd season of the popular American comedy, 'Wrecked' for TBS. The episode's guest star Rob Corddry complimented Ned on his solid US accent. Ned is repped in the US by Tarik Kanafani and Jeff Golenberg of Strand Entertainment.
