It was nominated for Best New Australian Work at the Sydney Theatre Awards and for the Nick Enright Prize in the NSW Premier’s Literary Awards. In 2018, to critical acclaim, Jada directed their award-winning play Brothers Wreck for Malthouse and State Theatre of South Australia.
