Erika is an Italian/Australian actor and vocalist hailing from Brisbane, who graduated with a Diploma in Commercial Dance and Music Theatre from the Australian Dance Performance Institute. Erika has burst onto the professional stage in recent years, making her debut as the female standby in Kate Miller-Heidkeidke & Keir Nuttal’s original musical comedy BANANALAND, directed by Simon Phillips (QPAC/Brisbane Festival). Prior to that she was involved in the creative development of Paul Hodge’s BLACK BOX (Tinderbox Productions) originating the role of Ruth, directed by Priscilla Jackman. Most recently, Erika joined the company of the Australian premiere of PETER & THE STARCATCHER (Dead Puppet Society/Glass Half Full/Jones Theatrical/Damien Hewitt) for it's national tour as the offstage cover for Molly, Ted and Prentiss. Erika is also a current member of international female vocal group THE 7 SOPRANOS. Other recent credits include: HEAD OVER HEELS (THAT Pro Co), ELFIES: The South Bank Christmas Show (Oscar ProCo/Brisbane City Council), the BOY & GIRL cabaret series (Oscar Pro Co) and the popular BROADWAY IN THE DOCK series (JD Pro Co).
