Notes
Danielle is an award-winning Malaysian-Australian actor, writer, theatre maker and producer who graduated from Flinders Drama Centre in 2021. She is passionate about championing Asian stories on stage and screen, hoping to inspire more Asian-Australians to pursue an arts career. She has worked with various arts companies, including ActNow Theatre, State Theatre Company South Australia, Windmill Theatre, South Australian Playwrights Theatre, Adelaide Symphony Orchestra, Fastbreak Films, Carclew, and DreamBIG Festival.
Danielle’s practice is rooted in experimentation and multi-disciplinary collaboration, seeking new and non-conventional ways to engage audiences with live performance. In late 2025, she completed a national tour of her critically acclaimed solo show Caught In Between to Sydney and Melbourne, during which it was shortlisted for Best in Theatre at Sydney Fringe.
In April 2026, Danielle completed the Professional Acting Practice course at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London.
