Benjamin is a New Zealand-born actor of Dutch heritage, who plays series regular 'John Young’ in the highly-anticipated Apple+ series CHIEF OF WAR, starring Jason Momoa. Other recent credits include supporting roles on AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER, Neflix’s interactive romantic comedy CHOOSE LOVE and the lead in Australian horror feature BLACK WATER: ABYSS. Benjamin has extensive athletic training in adventure and survival sports, including mountaineering, paragliding and scuba diving. During his time as a pro-triathlete, he won multiple national and international titles across disciplines, culminating in a world title in Aquathon. He also plays the violin and is trained tap dancer and vocalist.
