Amy Henwood is a versatile and playful actor from Auckland, New Zealand. She has various credits across stage and screen, most recently working alongside The Directors' Program on short film Lamb to the Cosmic Slaughter. Upcoming projects include short films The Understudies and Second Skin. Additional screen credits include Elsie is Alone (2023) and Glass House (2022). She has also appeared in a number of theatre productions, including a NZ premiere and an original musical. Most notably was in The Addams Family with Lyric Theatre Company in Vermont, USA. Over the past years, she has developed her craft through various acting workshops and classes, continuing to build upon her experience in theatre and screen. At the end of 2025 she completed the Professional Certificate of Acting from Actors Lab Studio.
