Helena Zadro-Jones is an Australian actor and a 2020 graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), where she completed a Diploma of Stage and Screen Performance.
She most recently played the lead in the feature film The Ninth Order, starring opposite Australian screen legend John Jarratt. Her performance centres on emotional restraint and psychological depth, exploring themes of power, legacy and identity.
Helena is drawn to complex, quietly defiant women - characters navigating repression, expectation and moral tension. With strong classical training and a naturalistic screen presence, she brings subtlety and emotional precision to her work.
Alongside her acting career, Helena co-founded youth film initiative Mountain of Youth, continuing to deepen her understanding of story and performance through both practice and collaboration.
Helena is currently focused on expanding her screen work across feature film and television.
