Growing up in a very musical and creative family, the love of arts has always run deep in all aspects of Roxanne's life. However being very academic and studious, it was with a lot of thought and hesitance that she made the big decision to set off on the acting route in 2010. Instantly falling in love with the craft and excited to explore all the possibilities the industry has to offer, Roxanne moved to Melbourne early 2012 to study screen acting at The Australian Film & Television Academy (TAFTA). During a 3 month LA Intensive with TAFTA in 2014, Roxanne's unique look and acting work caught the eye of a local manager at Velocity Entertainment and all signs seemed to be pointing to an international move. Feeling motivated and excited for the future, the big move to Vancouver and its thriving acting industry was made at the end of 2014. Instantly signing with one of Canada's leading agencies, Play Management, Roxanne was thrown straight into the intense world of auditions, pilot season, and training, very quickly booking her first guest star role on long running series Continuum. From that moment Roxanne fell right into the groove of the industry and worked on everything from big blockbusters like Star Trek Beyond, to long running TV classics such as Supernatural, and edgy web series to the likes of Madame Hollywood. With a wealth of experience behind her, Roxanne now looks forward to exploring the Australian scene and continuing her career in this amazing industry.
