Rhea Manoj is a Perth-based South Asian actor with a particular interest in dramatic, character-driven roles. Drawn to storytelling from a young age, she began creatively through writing, winning several short story competitions and having one of her works published. As an Indian actor, Rhea is passionate about contributing to greater South Asian representation on screen and seeing South Asian characters given greater depth and complexity in mainstream storytelling. Her recent screen work includes a lead role in the ensemble short film The Intimacy Workshop, a finalist in the Life in Pictures festival competition. Rhea continues to develop her craft through screen work and ongoing training while completing a degree in Chemical Engineering. She holds Australian and British citizenship and is available for interstate and international work.
