Matisse Laida (she/her) is a 22 year old, queer, mixed race multidisciplinary creative and actor with a viral QPoC cooking show and collaborative food platform @we.eatin.good.bitch. She has experience in film, theatre, writing, podcasting and radio. She has training from St Martins Youth Theatre, ACDA and Screen Actors Australia.
Her podcast Braided (Produced by Artful Dodgers Studios), has appeared on ABC and 3RRR. Matisse is currently working on a Low Frequency, a queer Web Series in Naarm, and has just starred in a queer documentary for DELL X PEDESTRIAN TV.
Her writing credits include pieces written for Fashion Journal, and script writing for her current project CLUBNITE, a dramedy set for the stage and screen .
She has appeared in editorial print and digital campaigns for multiple magazines and brands such as Frankie, Fashion Journal and Lobster Magazine.
