Notes

Jessica Lily is a truly natural and captivating actor. Whilst living in Sydney she was short-listed for a lead role in a major Australian TV Drama ‘Schapelle’ aired nationwide on channel 9, the casting director was so impressed with her work she invited her to audition for a lead role on Neighbours. She has a Bachelor of Contemporary Arts Degree in Drama a Graduate Diploma in Education, studied Indigenous Theatre through WAPPA in Broome and Advanced Screen Acting at NIDA in Sydney. She was also employed by John Curtin College of the Arts in Fremantle as a Specialist Drama Teacher. In Melbourne she completed a Production Internship at RMITV Studios. She was then employed as a Director and Actor at Orion Studios. She later went on to produce her own online comedy TV series with an AFI award winning director attached as well as Acting alongside some of Melbourne’s best-known comedians. Jessica Lily is set to play Olive the lead role in an edgy black comedy called Her Creature. Some of her other credentials include network production Canal Road, TVC’s for QBE Insurance and Bankwest, Verity in the Feature Film Spectrum and she also acted in George Millers Norma at His Majesty’s Theatre. One of her highlights was meeting Quentin Tarantino at the Night Cat in Melbourne. She is driven and passionate about telling compelling stories and representing the human condition in its most organic form. Her open mind and down to earth approach as well as her commitment to continuously develop her craft, allows her to be an ideal team player, where exploration can be freely discovered. Article Link (on my work with Drama and Education) http://au.educationhq.com/news/37849/an-arts-rich-school-curriculum-paints-a-bright-picture-for-students/ "I highly recommend Jessica Lily she is a beautiful actress with vulnerability and emotional range, the kind of actress that you would love to work with.” Lynette Sheldon "I can assure you of Jessica Lilys reliability, professionalism and talent. She worked very well here in Perth and apart from being a charmer, she is also a very good actress and an exotic , which makes her unique." Maxine Howell-Price
