I moved away from professional acting after moving back to Queensland in the early 90s. However, I continued to work with local independent theatre companies right up until 2016 when I performed in my most recent production, SYLVIA. Other productions in which I've played lead/major roles include: THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK, LEND ME A TENOR, DON'T DRESS FOR DINNER, RUMORS, THE PRISONER OF SECOND AVENUE, RUN FOR YOUR WIFE, SPEAKING IN TONGUES, THE BEAUTY QUEEN OF LEENANE, WIFE AFTER DEATH and several others. In the early 90s I co-founded a Children's Entertainment company called THE FRECKLES. We toured throughout Queensland from 1993 to 2005. We also recorded a CD which sold very well. It was titled SHOUT HOORAY. In recent years I have emceed PRISONER CELL BLOCK H fan's events. Made possible by Judge Enterprises and Events in Sydney. The experience of emceeing has been invaluable, and these gigs have given me the opportunity to reconnect with actors I worked with on PRISONER back in the 80s, and the opportunity to meet other actors and fans alike. A television show that keeps on giving with a very strong fan base after 40 years since its beginnings! My main source of income over the last 25 years has been as a Youth Support Worker, Carer for people living with disabilities, and caring for the elderly. I am now easing my way back in to being available for acting work. I feel that as a 56 year old, my life experiences can only enrich my ability to grow as an actor.
