Born and raised in Italy, migrated to Australia in the 90s, Mirko begun his career in entertainment as Celebrity Chef. Graduated in Performing Arts in 2004, he combined his life food stage career to a growing screen actor profile. He lived in Los Angeles for a few years, experiencing industry work and attending many professional courses. In 2010 he embraced writing, directing and producing following the desire to make of film and TV his life long pursue. He successfully wrote, produced and directed a few short film, including "ReFraction" which was rewarded with 25 awards worldwide (Including best Screenplay and Best Director) and over 40 nominations. The pandemic effect created a huge halting in the industry and Mirko decided to explore further his mentorship for actors and Artists in general, dedicating his time to a University Degree, a Graduate Certificate in Adult Teaching,specializing in Performing Arts. Mirko is currently lecturing at the Australian Performing Arts Conservatory in Brisbane and supports facilitation workshops in Mental Health awareness. Arts is his devotion and he's striving to build a strong creative core and resilience for those artists who are passionate to make Arts their life journey.
