Filming in MALMSBURY at the actual ex-detention centre - we are looking for young performers to play minors who have habitually committed crimes or offences and are now doing time in a correctional facility. Please suggest kids who can believably look lost, angry, dangerous and could improvise within fight sequences and general malice. Location : Malmsbury is Northwest of Melbourne – Ideally, we would like to cast kids from the Kyneton, Woodened,, Mount Macedon, Sunbury, Broadmeadows and St Albans area. BUT if you have a perfect look and feel please suggest them irrespective of where they live. Shoot: 2nd November – 4th December 2023 (just a few days)

Kids that can improvise together as they light matches, pretend to vape, break and enter, swing sticks around and fight each other and ultimately get caught. Oakleigh is in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, so the net can be thrown wide here to find the right look and feel. .
