Thank you for applying to our open call. It would be great to get all the below done and uploaded as soon as possible. THERE ARE 4 ELEMENTS FOR YOU TO RECORD AND UPLOAD: 1. Story - if you have a family pet, tell us their name and a little bit about them. Do they do tricks or have any funny habits? OR, if no pet, tell us about a favourite toy, or someone special to you. 2. A bit about you - please confirm you can swim and tell us what you love about being at the beach or on the ocean. 3. Slate - in a long shot (full body) please state your age, height and where you are based. 4. Upload a photo of yourself taken today - just head and shoulders (so we can see your face clearly (no filters, hat or sunglasses). NOTES ON TAPING: 1. Make sure we can see and hear you clearly. 2. You can record on your smartphone or digital camera - it doesn’t need to be anything fancy. If using a smartphone, film HORIZONTALLY. 3. Make sure you film in good natural lighting indoors, or outside in the daylight, though stay clear of noisy backgrounds e.g., loud birds, cars, wind etc. 4. The camera should frame you in a medium close-up (head and shoulders) for the story and bit about yourself. The slate should be a long shot (full body). When you have finished recording click on the green 'UPLOAD SELF TEST' button on your right and follow the prompts. Be sure to hit PROCEED under 'I AM AN ACTOR' and then select the option 'I'M NOT ON SHOWCAST'. There will be some questions to answer and then it will take you to a page where you can upload your video file. Please also upload one recent photo of yourself.
