Sam Delich is an Australian actor of Croatian and Dutch heritage. Born in Perth, Western Australia, Sam found himself running amok the WA coastline until channelling his energy into his formal acting training at the age of seventeen when he auditioned and was accepted into one of the world's most prestigious acting schools, the Western Australian Academy Of Performing Arts(WAAPA). After graduation, Sam was quickly honored as one of the top ten finalists for the revered Heath Ledger Scholarship.
His diverse slate includes a leading role in the Netflix hit "Territory" garnering critical acclaim for his work as the mentally unhinged "Rich Petrakis”, a series regular as the sleazy antagonist “Wayne Doull” in Australia's first Disney+ Original "Last Days of the Space Age" a series regular as the rogueish Irish immigrant “Ray Skinner” in the BBC hit "Ten Pound Poms", a lead role as the violent antagonist “Des Kelly” in Kiah Roache Turners highly anticipated "Beast of War” and a comedic turn as a special guest star in the CW comedy “Good Cop, Bad Cop”. With an ability to disappear into his roles and undertake various genres, Sam has marked himself as an actor who cannot be pigeonholed and one of Australia's top young artists to watch out for.
Alongside this, his screen career has seen him work with acclaimed local and international directors, including Joseph Kosinski in "Spiderhead" for Netflix, Nash Edgerton in "Mr Inbetween" for FX, and Joe Begos in the US feature "Christmas Bloody Christmas", for which he played the supporting lead role.
