Max Baldock

Notes

Max is a Tasmanian born-and-raised musician and performer, who was the frontman of a rock band before commencing training at the Queensland Academy of Excellence in Musical Theatre (QAEMT). In their graduating year at QAEMT, Max played the roles of Mr. Stephens (u/s Billy Nolan) in ‘Carrie: The Musical’ and Mark Anthony in ‘A Chorus Line’. Max is currently under a touring contract with Brainstorm Productions, performing theatre with an emphasis on wellbeing and online safety in primary and secondary schools. Max also loves to play guitar and is currently lending his writing and performance skills to the development of a new Australian musical theatre work called "The Middle Room", which is being performed at Woodford Folk Festival 2026/2027.
