From an early age, Jack gravitated towards the stage, with his first performance coming at the age of six for his first dance recital. Since then, he has had a close relationship with the performing arts, studying drama throughout high school and participating in the Canberra amateur theatre scene during his teen years. Jack stepped away from the scene briefly during university, and he graduated from the Australian National University in 2019 with a Bachelor of International Security Studies. Not even the steady income of the public service could remove his creative drive, as after only six weeks in his graduate job, he hunted down the nearest acting coach he could find and declared that he wanted to give the industry a crack. After spending a year working with Chris Baldock at the Mockingbird Acting Studio in Canberra, Jack enrolled in the Advanced Diploma of Screen Acting at Screenwise Film & Television School, graduating in 2023. Throughout the two-year program, Jack received training from industry professionals such as Denise Roberts, Alan Flower, Alexandra Davies and many more. Outside of acting, Jack is an odd combination of geek and jock, equally at home playing basketball or Dungeons and Dragons.
