Growing up in Queensland, George developed a keen interest in the outdoors from a young age. Having spent most of his younger years surfing and playing sport, George was introduced to Drama in high school where he has since excelled. At 17 he was accepted into the Bachelor Acting course at WAAPA and since graduating has accumulated an impressive slate of work in a short period of time. He earned a series regular role on Foxtel's acclaimed period Drama, A Place to Call Home for which he was nominated by the Australian Academy of Cinema and Television for 'Best New Talent'. Following that, he continued his work with Foxtel, playing a lead a role on the thrilling six-part miniseries, Fighting Season. More recently George is known for his work as 'Daniel' on Channel 10's Playing for Keeps. In 2018 he was selected for the by the Casting Guild of Australia for 'Rising Star' award. George will be looking to build on his career across screen and stage both within Australia and Internationally.
