Samantha Allsop

Samantha Allsop is a British, Australian based actor, model and musician. In 2022 she was in Thor directed by Taika Waititi. She recently wrapped filming the SBS pilot Appetite and will next be seen in Corey Pearson’s horror feature Cry Baby. In England, Samantha had the chance to study at the renowned Bristol Old Vic. In Australia, she coaches with the acclaimed tutor Lisa Robertson and completed courses at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA), Sydney. She also graduated from Durham University with a bachelors degree in classical Greek and Roman languages, philosophy and theatre. As a singer, she spent periods at the Northern Opera School, England, and has over seven years of private singing and piano tuition. Samantha has qualifications in multiple extreme sports including solo paragliding, rock climbing and scuba diving and has completed triathlons and marathons. As a successful international model she has been honoured to feature in Vogue, Elle, Women’s Health and Grazia.
